1. Return & Refund Policy

At Relieflogix, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the guidelines below. Our policy is designed to provide a fair, transparent, and straightforward process for every order.

1.1 Eligible Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original resalable condition, including all packaging, accessories, and included components.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all return requests.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

1.2 Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed hygiene and consumable products.
  • Digital downloads, electronic products, and gift cards.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or specially manufactured items.
  • Products marked as Final Sale before purchase.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

1.3 Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will verify that it meets our return requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

1.4 Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the incorrect, damaged, or defective product was received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless our support team confirms that the issue resulted from our error.
  • If a restocking fee applies, it will be communicated before the return is finalized.

2. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be approved before processing, packing, or shipment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our return policy after delivery.

2.1 Cancellation Requirements

  • Cancellation requests must be received before order processing or shipment begins.
  • Customized and personalized products cannot be canceled after production has started.
  • Orders already shipped must follow the standard return procedure once delivered.

2.2 Requesting a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please visit our Contact Us page and include your order number together with the email address used during checkout. Our support team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

2.3 Additional Costs

  • Orders that have already been dispatched are subject to the return process after delivery.
  • Return shipping costs may apply when cancellation is requested after shipment has begun.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, Relieflogix will review your request and determine the most appropriate solution. Replacement requests should be submitted within 7 days after delivery and should include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

3.1 Replacement Conditions

  • Whenever possible, products should remain unused and include their original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Replacement approval is subject to product availability. If necessary, an equivalent alternative may be offered.
  • After verification, we will provide return instructions or a prepaid return label when applicable.
