Once payment is successfully confirmed, your order is reviewed, inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days.
This timeframe allows us to verify the transaction, check the items, and apply suitable protective packaging before carrier collection.
A dispatch confirmation email will be sent after your parcel leaves the fulfillment facility.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays.
- High-demand periods, seasonal sales, and holiday activity may occasionally require additional preparation time.
- Orders placed outside regular working hours begin processing on the following business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Relieflogix offers international shipping, and delivery speed depends on the destination, customs clearance, transportation conditions, and local courier performance. The timeframe below reflects the usual transit estimate.
- Standard Delivery Estimate: Most orders are delivered within 14-21 business days after shipment.
Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, carrier congestion, and unexpected transportation interruptions may extend delivery times. Tracking events depend on courier scans and may appear at different intervals depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Fees
All available shipping charges are displayed before checkout is completed. A standard delivery fee may apply across different product types, package sizes, and shipment weights. Orders that meet the stated eligibility amount may receive Free Shipping, which will be applied automatically during checkout.
- A fixed standard shipping fee may apply regardless of the parcel size or combined order weight.
- Free Shipping may be available when the order total reaches the qualifying threshold shown on the website.
- Any applicable delivery cost is clearly presented before payment is confirmed.
- When a full refund is approved, the refunded amount includes the product total and any shipping fee originally paid.
4. Tracking Your Shipment

5. Customs Duties and Import Fees

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
After a shipment is transferred to the courier, transportation and final delivery are handled through the carrier network. While these operations are outside our direct control, Relieflogix will provide reasonable support when delivery concerns arise.
- If tracking indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, check nearby secure areas and contact the local courier before submitting a request.
- Lost parcel claims may require the carrier to complete an investigation before a final resolution can be provided.
- If an item arrives damaged, keep the product, parcel, and original packaging and submit clear photographs as soon as possible.
7. Accurate Shipping Details

Parcels returned because of failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, unpaid customs fees, or incorrect address details will be reviewed after the carrier confirms the final shipment outcome.
- Reshipping: A replacement shipment may be arranged when possible after the correct delivery information has been confirmed.
